  • Equity Funding

    Arrange and structure equity funding for new start-up businesses, greenfield and brownfield projects, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, purchase of plant and equipment and other assets.

  • Debt Funding

    Arrange and structure equity funding for new start-up businesses, greenfield and brownfield projects, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, purchase of plant and equipment and other assets.

  • Project Finance

    Arrange and structure project financing for all types of projects in any business sector. This form of finance will be mainly on a non-recourse or limited recourse basis using special purpose project companies to house the project/s. It is an internationally accepted form of funding for greenfield projects, brownfield projects, joint ventures, infrastructure projects and major industrial development.

  • Project Origination, Development and Execution

    We develop and execute projects for clients and companies and also for our own account.

  • Property Finance

    Including but not limited to retail property, industrial property, commercial property and medium to large scale residential developments. Both private and corporate property portfolio development and structuring.

  • Asset Based Finance

    Including but not limited to all types of moveable plant and equipment, aircraft, ships, yellow goods, trains, heavy duty vehicles, large scale manufacturing and industrial plants.

  • Leasing

    We specialize in all types of leasing, both on and off balance sheet - domestically, international and cross-border options.

  • Cash Flow Lending

    Including but not limited to trade finance, contract discounting, derivatives, options futures etc.
